Please join the Rossmoor Wine and Food Society on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room at the Gateway Complex, dinner catered by Classic Catering.
Our evening will begin with a Poinsettia Cocktail, with sparkling wine and cranberry juice served in a sugar rimmed flute with a rosemary garnish. Also served will be Cochon Pape Rocks, a white wine blend of Viognier and Roussane, a medium bodied and supple wine with a rounded mouth feel, with aromas of orchard blossoms, white flowers and honeysuckle followed by tropical fruit notes. Kuleto Estate Frog Prince, a blend of Merlot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of raspberry, dried cherry and herbs upon layers of red fruit and firm tannins which linger on the finish will also be served. These wines will be served throughout dinner.

The cost for this experience is $85 for members and $95 for guests.

- Deviled eggs garnished with Dungeness crab

- Creamy cauliflower soup with toasted fennel seeds
- Served with warm zucchini bread
Entree
- Grilled pork tenderloin wrapped in candied bacon with Crimini mushroom pan sauce
- Mashed sweet potatoes
- Buttered green beans tossed with arugula leaves
Sweet ending
- Affogato, rich and creamy vanilla ice cream served in a chocolate rimmed Bistro topped with a shot of hot espresso.
- Biscotti and a side serving of Kahlua can be enjoyed on its own or added to your dessert.
